Yes, we do offer replacement under the following conditions:
- Wrong order
- Defective or damaged product
The replacement has to be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order. The replacement request will be processed only after we have verified the product which was returned to assess the claims regarding any defect or damage. Please note that we shall not be making replacement when the product is found to be damaged due to fault of the purchaser.
Note: We may ask you to provide us with all necessary proofs, if required, for authenticity and verification of purchase and complaint. All replacement approvals will be as per our sole discretion.
